The whole experience was FINE. That was nice hotel set in cozy area, not far from the centre of Yambol, with lots of restaurants, shops and town centre and restaurants. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice and the free parking was nearby. Also, an arts theater was 5 minutes walk from the property.

It had everything we needed, including a TV, kettle, fridge, and a nice shower. We loved having a balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy the evening breeze. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lady at the reception spoke good English. the location was perfect, with a good restaurant just steps away and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We also appreciated the ample parking options available.

The bathroom arrangement was not our favorite - the shower had no screen, so water ended up going everywhere. the furniture and decor felt outdated.

One specific instance that stood out was when we accidentally left behind a valuable smart watch. The staff called us immediately after we left to inform us and held onto it for us at the reception. We were so grateful for their honesty and helpfulness. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money, with newer and cleaner facilities compared to other options in the area. The location on the main road made it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the city.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower setup in the bathroom was not our favorite, with no screen to contain the water, resulting in some mess.
